Buying Illustrator once off

Hi there, I want to buy Illustrator but due to losing my job (retrenchments due to the impact COVID-19 has had on the Travel industry), I cannot do the per-month thing. I just don't know if I will have a solid income every month seeing that I will be going freelance for a while till I can find a new job. Does Adobe have options to buy it once off?
