Hi there.
I create package layouts in iIlustator with placed, linked photography docs, typically .psd or .tif format.
Can I place a Photoshop Cloud document into an Illustrator file? (PS 2020 and AI 2020 on Mac OS 10.14.6.) I am not seeing an option to do so in the place dialog box in Illustrator, but maybe I'm just not seeing it? Please advise, thanks.
Also, I've just started looking for some practical advice to manage my workflow between PS on the computer, PS on the iPad, Cloud docs, the Creative Cloud Files folder on my computer, and placed, linked documents in Illustrator. So if anyone can point me to some reading material on that, I'd be grateful.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Photoshop cloud documents can be only be used within Photoshop on different devices. Adobe Illustrator does not recognize the Photoshop cloud documents. You may post a feature request for this on https://illustrator.uservoice.com/
