Can't add arrow keys to shortcuts

It seems that arrow keys can't be mapped into the shortcuts editor. I usually add CTRL+ up / down to move objets front and back, like Adobe Animate (which by the way lets you add those keys). Using Alt + arrows is great also to align vectors. It would be great to add this possibilty.

Sorry cursor keys canto be used for keybaord shortcuts.
