Reviewed this guide. "Show Indic Options" is on. Even thou - text direction switcher is not showing, not in Paragraph panel, nor Character panel - why?

It looks like it's a bug that has been reported on Uservoice. I'd recommend upvoting it to let the engineers know that it's affecting more people.
