If I try to create a new doc with custom dimensions I get a blank window.

I can only use the provided ones. This happens when I go to file>new, I go to home and click create new or custom size.

And if you go to Preferences > Use Legacy New File Interface? But maybe you could try to reset your Preferences.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. In addition to what Ton suggested, please try updating Adobe Illustrator to the latest version(v24.3) & let us know if it helps you out.

Regards,

Ashutosh

I'm on the most recent version (25.2) and I also have this issue. The only workaround was to do what Ton suggested. I can now enter dimensions using the legacy new file interface.
