Please help!

when I try and open one document on illustrator it says ' Can't finish previewing. There isn't enough memory. ID: -108' .

I can't find any answers online and I need the work in the document ergently and I can't acces this. I have lots of memory and other documents are opening fine. Please help if you can.

What version of Illustrator are you running? Do you have any links to images, make them .psd. Try saving as a .ai.
