Can't increase/decrease elements or expand the column width and box height of the text

I did an update to Illustrator 2021 25.2.3
The problem is that I lost the outline points for shapes and fonts.
I can't increase/decrease elements or expand the column width and box height of the text.
Did anyone encounter this?
Know a solution to a problem?
