Can't Open illustrator 2021

I tried to open the last file I did last night. But now it cannot open, the application not responding.
I tried closing the program, relaunching it but couldn't fix it.
And I tried restarting the computer, it can't fix either
Please tell me how to fix it.

It may be worth uninstalling and re-installing then clearing preferences.
