Can't open my AI file

I don't why, but one of my files is not opening and I don't why. I save it on adobe one drive last night and now it won't open. All my other files both on the computer and one drive can open so my best guess is that it didn't save properly. Every time I try to in it, it says error_opening. Please help I need it open by tomorrow.

Exactly what kind of file did you save?

Exactly where did you save the file?

What is in the file?

Is the file size reasonable? Or is it 0?

Does it still open in Acrobat?

Did you already restart the computer?

Do you have a backup?

Sorry about the delay. Looks like the file got corrupt/ damaged.  There are multiple factors that can lead to file corruption, however, if you still need help, we can take a look and see if the file can be repaired. Please email your file to file@adobe.com 

I must also inform you that file recovery can't be guaranteed with a 100% success. We'll surely try our best.
