Hi, I have been facing the same issue on adobe illustrator. I spent almost 3 months on a single illustrator file that had all the graphics for my company. It's almost 3 Gb in size and adobe simply shows a blank page to me and an error codes which states that they cant open the illustartion operation. I recently deleted few supporting images that were required for the graphic designs. Please let me know if this was the major reason or how can I recover the work that was spent on it.

The whole work was for the academic writer company and now I am really frustrated over the loss of content that may affect my job anytime sooner or later !!

Looking forward to a good response as its really annoying me.

Do you have the file backed up any place other than where the damaged file is saved to? Even an earlier version that can be updated to the current version without having to start over completely? Important files should never be saved in only one location.
