Can't resize some UI windows.

When I put the transform window into the sidebar, I can't change how big it is, and if I put it with another window, I can resize it from that window, buit it goes back to how it was if I go back to the transform window...

Assuming that by "transform window" you actually mean the Transform palette, it cannot be resized at all.

Palettes that can be enlarged are usually marked with ten small vertical lines at the bottom of the palette.
