Não subscrevi um plano anual... e agora estão a pedir o pagamento de uma taxa por cancelamento! 

Já alguém passou pelo mesmo?

On another note if you did not subscribe then how did Adobe get your card details to charge it? If you did not provide it, then you might be a victim of hacking. Contact your bank to dispute the charge and do the needful in that regard.
