Cannot access adobe suite

Hi, I am a student and have been paying for my membership for the past year. I signed out once a few months ago and now when i sign in, I cannot access the entire suite. It tells me to start the free trial or pay (which i am already doing).

Here's a link for troubleshooting when you have a purchased subscription to the Creative Cloud but it shows up as a trial version.
