Hi everyone! I need your advice. I'm making a collage in Illustrator and since I've rasterized all the photos I'm using, the file's taking forever to save and right now it showed an error because it couldn't save the .ai file. The format is A3, how can I resolve this problem?

Can you explain your workflow? If you brought in photos, they were already pixel based so did you live trace and then rasterize them? Or just raterize a placed photo? If you kept them as photos, can't you just link so that your Illustrator file is smaller and the workflower is better? Are you actually doing anything to the images in Illustrator?

How many photos did you use in you file?
At which. Resolution did you rasterize the images?
