Please Help! I did a custom artwork and I am trying to enlarge it. It is on several layers. All of the layers are unlocked, but when I select them all and try to make them bigger, some of them dont move!

Please show your work with the layers panel visible. Make it clear what isn't moving and what you expect to happen.
