Cant open adobe file

I saved my work but now as soon as I tried opening it after several hours it says previous work still in session of quitting. What should I do to get it started ?

So the file has been saved, but you have closed it?

Where did you save it?

WHen was the last time you restarted that computer? Could be about time to do it.

I saved it in documents and after 6 hours I tried opening it again to see if it was still working but it wasn't and it constantly keeps crashing but now its working. But the crashes still happen

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Does the app crash while working on a specific document or performing a specific task? Do you work on files saved on a network drive or local drive?
