Hi

I have a black and white raster image (no gray shades) which I need to get vectorized so I can make the lines thinner.

Is there a smarter way than redraw the whole image with the pen tool?

Regards

Lisbeth

I am afraid there is no smarter way other than redraw this simple image to get the best quality result.

Ok, thats a shame. It would be so nice with a quickfix on things like that :0)

I thought I saw the possibility somewhere years ago - or maybe it was in Photoshop...

Anyway - thank you for your fast reply.

Yes there is a Maximum filter in Photoshop that makes the lines thinner, but it also rounds the sharp intersections of the lines.

Hmmm... The sharp intersections are important, so you are right, that might no be a good way to do it.
