Changing font weights

Hi, is there a way to change the font-weight of a single word throughout an illustrator document in one go, instead of having to highlight every single instance of that word. I am changing all the instances of You, Us, We, etc in a very long job from normal to bold.

In InDesign you could do that using GREP styles.

Apart from that you would need a script in Illustrator.

I have reset it all in InDesign, all 30 pages!
