Cierre inesperado al guardar en y pérdida de archivo

Intento guardar un archivo en CS6 y se cierra automáticamente, luego no me aparece el archivo como recuperado al volver a ingresar al programa, y tampoco lo encuentro en la carpeta de archivos recuperados. Ya me ha sucedido varias veces y lamentablemente me hace perder mucho trabajo, y como consecuencia, tiempo valioso. Además a todo esto, ni siquiera me tira un código de error cómo para saber a qué se debe, ya he actualizado el programa y sigue pasando lo mismo.

First of all: before you save anything else, save the file in your native version.

Then save other things.

In order to investigate the crashes:

which system and Illustrator version is it?

Exactly where do you save your file?

Which names and folder names - they shouldn't be too long and also some characters might crash the thing

Is there a printer installed, set up as the default printer and turned on?

What's in the file? Is it just this file or all files?
