Good afternoon. I would like to know why you make so many updates in the end that the program gives so much error. I confess that I used crakeado, but I didn't have as much headache as I am now using the pay. The illustrator closes all the time, doesn't recover anything, will I have to keep saving every 1 minute so I don't lose things? It is complicated, you see, resolving these updates from you, the program is absurd but it is not worth the $$$ for the very poor quality you offer.
This is a user to user forum. NONE of us made Illustrator. Perhaps your crack left vestiges that are affecting the performance of the licensed product?
