Hi,

I used to have a subscription for Adobe Illustrator. I canceled the subscription a while ago. Now I tried to access my cloud documents and they are gone. Is there a way to get them back? Or to get at least some of them back?

Michael

Did you login withe same Adobe ID as you used during your trial?

Maybe you can get some help in the CC services forum:

Nope. You cancelled your plan and in accordance with privacy regulations your files got deleted automatically after the grace period to prevent misuse.

It depends on what you mean with Cloud documents.

If you mean files saved in your CC folder, you should still have access to them with a free account:

Ton,

Yes, I mean files that were saved in my CC folder. I thought I might still have acces to them, but all I see is a message saying "You have no synced files."

Thank you very much, Ton. That was it. After I canceled my plan, I ended up with two accounts. One account linked to my original email address, and one account with a "+old" inserted into the email address. The one with the "+old" had my files.
