Color Theme options

I am unable to add a color theme to my swatches panel. The options are not there, and also, I cannot see all of the colors in the theme. Thanks for helping.

Please check in Preferences >User Interface if "Large tabs" is selected.

Yes it was checked. I unchecked it, and reloaded AI and it is still an
issue.

You could try if resetting the preferences helps https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

I have reset preferences but still not fixed, so I'm going to now contact support. Thanks!!
