Color themes not saving to swatches in color only white

Im not sure if im doing something wrong or if its illustrator but the color themes that i have saved from 
Capture to my cloud storage aren't saving to my swatches in colo they are saving as all white boxes, Does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Is it the latest version of the Creative Cloud app?Can you check if there are updates available?

Do other items from the library work correctly? Shapes, images ...
