Colour flashing in illustrator

Hi there, is anyone experiencing flashing in illustrator? When I move my cursor or around the artboard in general, the colours in the document flash. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

I think I had this problem when I tried to use a different monitor than my default. Try switching off 'GPU Performance' under 'Performance' in your Preferences.
