Hi, guys

On the left you can see the bar shows only a gradient of two colours, not the usual, which is the bar on the right, that shows all the colours not just two (i tried changing from CMYK to RGB, but same) is there a way to change it back to normal? Thank you in advance!

You have the Green in RBG selected and probably want H for the full Hue spectrum to get the normal colors. Probably hit by mistake.
