colour themes not working

I'm trying to save a colour theme but when I mouse over "Save" it says "You must sign to save colour themes" even though I am already signed in according to the Help drop-down menu. As a result, I can't save any colour themes.   I have tried restarting re-installing everything you can think of and even changing my ID any suggestions would help please and thank you.

Can you try and sign out of your Creative Cloud account and then sign in again?
