Hi everyone, bit of a weird one my colour themes window has randomly started becoming unresponsive today. Sometimes it works and then suddenly the window goes to a blank screen with what I think is either the creative cloud or illustrator logo where the options to switch between create, explore and my themes vanish. I think I've seen a few other problems like this so if anyone knows anything I can troubleshoot that'd be really helpful. Having to do full system restart to fix it only for it to fail after 2 switches between create and explore is getting a little tedious

Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & Adobe Illustrator? Does it happen while working with a specific document?
Have you tried resetting preferences? If not, please try doing that.
**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
Additionally, you may try turning off GPU Per

Thank you for the suggestions. I've tried resetting preferences and that seems to have done the trick (I don't think I had anything particularly changed anyway). In case it is something buggy with the OS and version then my OS is 64 bit with a 18362.1016 build and I've got 24.11 as my Illustrator version. I've just seen there's an update so I'll try that as well and turn off GPU performance if I run into it in the future.
