I intalled the newest Adobe Illustrator (25.0) and it asked to updated my Wacom Cintiq 13HD touch since it's not compatible with old one. So I intalled Driver 6.3.41-2 (macOS 10.13 - 11) and then I got a problem.
The issue with touch on feature in Illustrator has been here for a long time and to be able to move layers in Illustrator and interact with other illustrator UIs people recomended to turn touch off. Now when you turn it off your pen cursor starts blinking and behave as a crazy. When you turn touch on, then the pen behaves normally but you cannot intaract with some UIs like moving or select layers.

Adobe Illustrator 25.0
