Conflicto para abrir Ilustrador

Me sale un mensaje de conflicto de los plugin con alienware, ya intente solucionarlo con la opcion que dieron de restaura visual c++ y restaruar las propiedades del programa, pero aun asi no me permite abrirlo, que podria hacer?

We're so sorry to hear about this. We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.2) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v24.2, then we recommend you to update to latest version.

If that doesn't help, please share  few more details like:

• OS and version of Illustrator
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.

Utilizas Windows 7 o Windows 10? Si es la v. 10, que versión exactamente?

Desinstala desde el panel de Control Illustrator y esos plugins. Busca carpetas de Illustrator en la carpeta de Usuarios>Tu nombre>AppData>Roaming>Adobe y elimínalas también.

Instala entonces Illustrator 24.2 como te indican, y comprueba que funciona correctamente. Instala esos plugin y comprueba que funcionen entonces.
