consolidate NEW window

How do you consolidate NEW windows. I want the windows I open to just go straight to the area with all the other windows, that I don't know the specific name for it. I  know how to put already opened windows to that line, I know THREE different ways to put the already opened windows there, I DO NOT want to know how to do that. Ive have the application frame, bar and controls checked. I've done the Window Arrange Consolidate thing, all of those only consolidate already opened windows. How do you consolidate NEW windows.
