Constant crashes on new 2020 iMac

Hello. Recently retired my 2015 macbook pro and am running illustrator on a new iMac (retina 5k, 27-inch, 2020) with g4 gb of ream, AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4gb graphic card. Illustrator constantly crashes, usually blames it on a issue with the graphics, and shuts down GPU performance. Does anybody have any help for this? I'm about to go back to my old laptop; it ridiculous that ai isn't stable on this machine. I've sent several crash reports in of course, no luck in response. I've attached the system info grab below in case its useful to anyone.

Sorry to hear about this trouble. I checked the crash report submitted by you on October 1. Similar issue has been reported by a few other users as well on macOS with AMD Radeon Graphics card. Does it work fine when the GPU performance is turned off?
