Convert photo to line art

Hi there,

Firstly, thank you for your help in advance.

So for my work I have been asked to convert photos in line art (like the attached which has really smooth lines and think it's been drawn?) however, I don't have time to draw 30 of them and was wondering if there are functions/specs in AI that will give me a good result like this? Hi, I was wondering if there was a tutorial on line that could give some pen tip pointers in Photoshop or Illustrator that could help me narrow down and drawn the outlines of  photos being taken with people in situations for work instruction documents? It would be much appreciated 🙂
