converting into tiff one layer contents are missing

i have action to convert the eps file to tiff file.

i opened 10 eps files together in illustrator cs6 and ran the action one by one.

in converted tiff file one layer content  (all eps files having 4 layer)  is missing in only one file.

can please support why this issue happend ?  how to solve this ?

Check the file that has the missing Layer; in Layer, check to see if it is Locked and/or if it is set to not print ( double click the Layer to see settings ).
