Copy Paste strange behaviour

Pasting is pasting artwork from other user, We are two users (2 licenses) pasting will paste whatever the other user copy last. So weird not even sure how to explain it ... If I do a copy and the other user also copies something before I do my paste then I will end up pasting what was copied on the other station...??

Is there any extension installed in your system that "enhances" the clipboard?

Or anything activated in the system?
