could not download or to install it to open it

i can not opened the app because it is not allowed or permited for me to get access to the application and i need it to use the school so that will be my case

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the Adobe Illustrator & OS? What is the error message you get when you try to launch the app?
