COVID-19 Institutional Access to Illustrator Failed

Hi All,

Despite Adobe promising free access for students at named institutions (of which I am at one of, UCL), I'm now met with a "subscription expired" message just two days after I have installed and been using Illustrator.

Can anyone inform me if Adobe has decided to rescind this offer, or if anyone knows a fix for this otherwise? I am definitely logged into my institutional account, in both the app and online. However, the app is no longer included in my "plan".

This is happening quite often and you could try these steps.
