Crash illustrator iMac catalina 10.15.7

Everytime I try to launch Illustrator it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing happens (and turn off the computer of course...)

If anybody have a idea ...

I had a same problem on windows. I solved it by logging out and login in again into creative cloud.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I would request if you could share the crash report by following these steps ( https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html ). 

While submitting the crash report please use the same email address, with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.

Once done, please try steps suggested on this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-with-ttf-font.html) and let us know if it helps.
