Create Dynamic Symbol

Hello!
How can I create a dynamic symbol with a script?
If a static is created, then when you reuse it, the script gets a bug: elements are hidden on the artboard.

record an Action to create the symbol, then have the script play the action. By default, the symbol will be dynamic.
