creating live images on illustrator

I made an image on adobe Illustrator a few months ago but today I was scrolling through my portfolio and I came across a logo I had designed. It seems as though I had somehow managed to create a living image because, for some reason, my signature on the image was animated. I have attached a screen recording of it here so you can see. The app has an annoying  watermark so apologies for that. Can anyone please show me how I could do this intentionally? It would be cool to make an entire drawing with paths just coming to life

Hi,

This looks like a job for Animate or After Effects.
