Is there any sort of snapping in the "round corners" tool?
Sometimes I want to make round corners in round numers, (for example a 1mm curvature, 0.5mm), but it can be tricky as Illustrator sometimes makes it hard to find the right spot, and makes it 0.97 mm or 0.48mm.
If there is no such thing as a "round corners snap" (or whatever you may call it), I think it would be a good feature to add 🙂
You can set the corner radius to exact figues in the Transform panel (and elsewhere), but not quite as you describe.

If you'd like to make a feature request, you can post it to Uservoice. That's where the Illustrator team will look.
