Hi,
since end of February my Creative Cloud Libraries can´t be initialized. I already tried all steps recommended under https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-pro... but it didn´t solve the problem. Can someone please help me?

Sorry, you are seeing this. Could you please let us know some details:
- are you o Win / Mac;
- are you using any Proxy, VPN;
- have you tried restarting the machine;
- what Libraries version do you have (can be checked in CCD -> About Creative Cloud -> CCLibrary).

Hi Mariia,
the problem disappeared in the meanwhile without any deliberate actions taken. Just from one day to the other it was working again after approximately one week of not working. To answer your questions (in case the problem appears again):
- I use a Windows PC.
- I use it in a working context and don´t know all the proxies set by our IT department. I´m not using VPN.
- Yes, I tried to restart the machine more than once.
- I have the CC Library version 3.12.10.1.
