Custom Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello, I am new to illustrator and i want to be able to customize the keyboard shortcuts a bit, however i cant seem to find the ones i want to customize in the shortcuts menu. I just want to change the following

shift+scroll = scroll horizontally

ctrl+scroll = zoom in and out

That should be the normal behaviour in Illustrator (Windows):

mouse wheel = scroll vertically

[Strg]+scroll = scroll horizontally

[Alt]+scroll = zoom in and out

I never tried to change that. Sorry

Currently, you cannot customise them.

They are hard-wired.
