Cut line templates?

My partner is looking to expand her vinyl cutting business using some more advanced hardware that requires all of her SVG files be converted to PDF. My question is this: Once a cut line has been drawn, can that then be saved as a template to add the same cut line to a different design?

You could save it in a CC library.
