Cutstudio not working with Illustrator CS5 all of a sudden

I have been using Cutstudio version 3.11 with Illustrator version CS5 version 15.0 with Windows 10 for the last couple of months.  I went to use it the other day and the little box that pops up in the lower right corner with Cutstudio in it, wasn't there.  When I went to the window drop down menu and clicked on extensions, cutstudio was there but when i clicked on it, it didn't do anything.  How do I get this plugin to work again with my software?

CS5 is not fully compatible with Windows 10 anymore.

Windows has had trouble with their printer drivers in every couple of updates.

So it's very difficult to tell what is colliding with what in your case.

Have you asked the Cutstudio folks?
