Cutting Master Plug In won't highlight Cut/Plot

Just installed Cutting Master 3.8 and the plug in shows up in Illustrator under the File tab, but I can only access Registration Marks... not Cut/Plot. New to this . What am I missing?

Are you sellecting the artwork first..?
