My sister recently got the Dell XPS 13 2in1 and I'm trying illustrator on it to see if it works. However when it comes to using the Dell active pen it doesn't register. It sometimes works and then doesn't. Illustrator recognises my finger all the time but not the pen. I know it's not the pen or computer as it works fine for everything else. I'm just wondering is this a compatibility issue?
I've figure out that if I can get the brush onto basic settings it works but if it's in touch capacity it doesn't. But everytime I touch the screen with the pen it goes to touch capacity.
