Bonjour, merci du temps de lecture que vous prendrez. Alors voici mon soucis, j'aimerais savoir si il est possible de modifier un seul calques et qu'il se remplace automatiquement sur plusieurs planches.

A low-tech approach could be to just place another illustrator file multiple times. Every time you edit the placed file, it will update each placement. Another low-tech approach could be to make a symbol, and place multiple symbol instances. Editing the symbol will update each instance. If they aren't appropriate for your case, please let us know a bit more detail. 

Which version of Illustrator are you using?

 

Also, can you elaborate a bit? I'm not quite sure what exactly you are going to do.
