Recently I encounter problems when slecting, grab, drag and copy items. By using mouse and keyboard combinations. (Like Cmd+alt + drag mouse to copy items)
It looks to be a general software problem with all different items; text and objects.

I've perforemd a clean install of macOS - iMac 5k 27# late 2014 - Catalina 10.15.6 and a fresh install of Adobe Illustrator 24.3. But this did not solve the problem. Both 32 RAM and 2TB of free space are available. Anyone recognizes this issue?

Tryed some different mouses and had a system update to macOS V10.15.7 overnight. Problem looks solved now also even when using the first attached cordless mouse. Anyway thanks for assistance!

Which kind of input device are you using?

Which other apps are running? Does it also happen when there's nothing else running?

After a computer reboot?

Is the dictation service turned off in the system?
