digits disappear

For some reason as soon as I create outlins some of the digits disappear. Only after a new text box The problem is solved. But even after saving the file with new correct text box, reopening the file causes the numbers to disappear again when creating outlins.

This can happen when Style is used. Do you make your document as a PDF without making it Outline? Does the problem persist with the PDF document?
Could you share a sample of the document or the point of issue with us as an Illustrator document?

Open a new document this font, use this font in the new document. Give a new outline command. If the problem persists, we can understand that it is related to this font.

This font has been in use for 6 years, when the illustrator was in the cs5 version. The problem started when we switched to the 2020 version
Yes the problem is repeated in other documents with the same font but there was never a problem with it. Can this be solved if this is a problem with the font?

I did this cash cleaning using "Font Explorer XPro".
