Hello guys,

I'm having a hard time creating a calligraphic brush with pressure option. The option is greyed out. I have checked different posts and answers, still find a solution for it. Is it a bug or the option is only available for other features utilizing the wacom pad? I make my designs using adobe illustrator only, no external gadgets. Pls help.

You need a pressure sensitive input device.

Doesn't need to be a Wacom. Some Windows notebooks are pressure sensitive. With specific Mac OS versions iPads also work.

Thanks for the response,

There are other brushes like 6d Art pen brushes that allows the usage of pressure even without a pressure sensitive device. Not create mine is the issue.

The 6D brushes are set up with pressure, but without a pressure sensitive device you cannot make use of it. You can use the brush, but it can't react to pressure.
